At Parole Portfolio Specialists (PPS), our mission is to empower incarcerated individuals in California with the tools and guidance necessary to successfully navigate the discretionary parole process.

We are committed to helping individuals take accountability for their past, demonstrate genuine insight and remorse, and present well-structured parole plans that reflect their rehabilitation and readiness for reintegration into society.

Parole Plans – Generating a compressive personalized parole plan that highlights rehabilitation, demonstrates community support, and outline a realistic path to successful reentry.

Relapse Prevention Plans – Addressing criminal thinking, substance abuse, violence, and other risk factors with practical coping strategies.

Insight Statements – Helping clients articulate the factors that led to their crimes and the personal transformation they have undergone.

Remorse Letters – Assisting individuals in expressing sincere accountability and empathy for those they have harmed.

Outside Support Letters – Obtain letters of support from individuals in your network that are outside the prison.

Verification Letters – Assistance acquiring letters of intent to hire and intent to house from established organizations.

Closing Statements – Close collaboration with incarcerated individuals via Global Tel Link to ensure a personalized statement that expresses insight, remorse, and a sincere commitment to positive change.

Knowledge is his strength, and with it, he can see things others cannot. He worked tirelessly to forge his path to freedom. Now, it's his mission to do that for others.
